The Certificate in Theology & Ministry is for parish ministry leaders seeking to raise their theological and pastoral expertise. It is also for those in parish ministries considering a future in ministry leadership or simply wanting to be more knowledgeable and effective in their ministry. The program is appropriate for parishioners seeking to grow in their faith understanding and develop their pastoral skills. Catholic school teachers and administrators who have completed The Faith Journey Catechetical Institute may also want to explore the certificate program. University of Dayton Virtual Learning Community for Faith Formation (VLCFF)
