The Art of Accompaniment is an afternoon workshop to help you deepen your relationship with Jesus Christ and grow in skills to share Him with others!

Led by Fr. Boniface Hicks, O.S.B. and Kristin Molitor from the Institute for Ministry Formation, this exciting and robust workshop will equip you with tools you need to effectively walk with others on their journey of faith.

- What accompaniment is and how it relates to our call to live as joyful missionary disciples, deeply grounded in prayer, presence and proclamation.
- The relational dynamics, characterized by trust and vulnerability, that foster growth, healing, and transformation in those you accompany
- Listening skills to help you have transformational conversations with those you accompany
- A deeper understanding of the interior life and the dynamics of growth in the spiritual life

Fr. Boniface Hicks, OSB is a Catholic priest and has been a monk of Saint Vincent Archabbey since 1998. He serves as both the Director of Spiritual Formation and Director of the Institute for Ministry Formation at Saint Vincent Seminary. Father Boniface is the author of many books and is a sought-after retreat master and spiritual director.
Kristin Molitor serves as assistant program manager for the Institute for Ministry Formation. She has an extensive ministry background in both diocesan and parish settings that includes work in marriage preparation, women’s ministry, evangelization, spiritual formation, and spiritual accompaniment.
