An early morning men’s ministry was formed at St. Boniface for those who would love to be part of a church group, but family and other commitments keep them from being able to do things in the evenings or on the weekends when those groups typically meet.

The group is called Men of Boniface (MOB). We invite you to join our group to cultivate friendships among your fellow parishioners, have fun, and learn from one another on how to be a better husband, father, son, employee, Christian man, and Catholic parishioner.

Men of Boniface gathers each Saturday and Thursday morning. Both the Saturday morning MOB (8 a.m. to 9 a.m.) and Thursday morning MOB (7 a.m. to 8 a.m.) have a half-hour period prior to the meeting time to share coffee and chat. The actual open time for Saturday MOB is 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. for Thursday MOB.

Here are some of the benefits of this group.

  • It brings a deeper understanding to the Gospel messages read each weekend so you get more out of Mass.
  • Fraternity develops among the regular attendees. They share their viewpoints and life experiences. That builds trust and respect, and it enables members to learn from each other.
  • Each week stands on its own so a regular member can miss a week or two and not get left behind.
  • The material the group uses is supplied by experts so members aren’t burdened with having to develop it themselves.
